Rosehearty to Fraserburgh
A FLOOD WARNING has been issued for Rosehearty to Fraserburgh.
A combination of high tides and prevailing weather conditions means that flooding from the sea is expected to affect low lying land, roads and properties along the Moray Firth from Rosehearty to Fraserburgh. Flooding in and around low lying parts of Fraserburgh is possible. Flooding impacts are expected around the time of high tide at 11:15 and 23:45 on Monday 14th December.

Rosehearty to Fraserburgh
An updated FLOOD WARNING has been issued for Rosehearty to Fraserburgh.
Tides and water levels along the Moray Firth from Rosehearty to Fraserburgh are forecast to be lower on Wednesday than on Tuesday, and the risk of flooding from the sea is therefore reducing. However, some isolated flooding from the sea in and around low lying parts of Sandhaven is still possible, particularly around the times of high tide between 02:00 and 04:30, and between 14:00 and 16:30, on Wednesday.

A combination of high tides and prevailing weather conditions means that flooding from the sea is expected to affect low lying land, roads and properties along the Moray Firth coastline from Rosehearty to Fraserburgh due to wave overtopping.The areas most likely to be affected by spray and wave overtopping impacts are low lying parts of Fraserburgh.
Flooding impacts are expected during the period around the time of high tide at 1345hrs GMT Saturday afternoon.
