Property flooding is not currently expected. River levels remain high but are beginning to fall on the River Enborne and Foudry Brook following Storm Dennis. Therefore, the risk of flooding is reducing. Further rainfall showers are forecast over the next 12 hours, but rainfall totals are forecast to be low. The risk of flooding from Storm Dennis has now reduced. We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are in the area clearing weed/trash screens. Levels have dropped on the Enborne overnight but levels are still rising slowly on the Foundary Brook. No property flooding is currently expected, but flooding of low-lying land, footpaths and roads is still expected. The forecast is for a mostly dry day with a chance of some heavy showers, we are closely monitoring the situation. Property flooding is not currently expected. River levels are high but no longer rising on both the River Enborne and the Foundry Brook as a result of Storm Dennis. The forecast is for lighter overnight showers tonight (16/02/20). Water levels on the River Enborne are out of banks at Brimpton, therefore flooding of low lying land and roads is expected to continue tomorrow in this area. Levels are also out of banks at Beech Hill. We expect river levels to remain high over the coming days in response to this rainfall, we are closely monitoring the situation.
