River levels are falling at the Oakington but still high at Girton river gauges. Consequently, flooding of roads and farmland is still possible. We expect flooding to affect Dry Drayton Road, The Broadway, Cambridge Road, Orchard Way, Longstanton Road, Mead View, The Drift, Lowbury Cresent, Water Lane, Kettles Close, Holme Close, Arcadia Gardens, Cherry Orchard and Station Road in Oakington and Oakington Road in Westwick No further rainfall is expected tonight. We expect river levels to start falling tonight. We are closely monitoring the situation. Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses and avoid contact with flood water. We expect flooding to affect Dry Drayton Road, The Broadway, Cambridge Road, Orchard Way, Longstanton Road, Mead View, The Drift, Lowbury Cresent, Water Lane, Kettles Close, Holme Close, Arcadia Gardens, Cherry Orchard and Station Road in Oakington and Oakington Road in Westwick Further light rainfall is forecast over the next 6 hours.
