River levels are rising at the Bollington Mill river gauge as a result of persistent heavy rainfall associated with Storm Christoph. Consequently, flooding to properties is expected. We believe there is a possibility of flooding for properties at and around Bollington Mill and Bollington Hall Farm. We expect river levels to peak at 1.6m between 05:00 and 06:00 on 21/01/21. A severe warning has been issued due to the potential for significant disruption to the community.

River levels at the Bollington Mill river gauge have peaked at 1.29m. We expect the river level to rise again as a result of new rainfall overnight tonight (Sunday 23/02/2020 into Monday 24/02/2020). We expect the river to reach flood warning level tomorrow 24/02/2020 at approximately 10:45, peaking at 1.46m at 15:45 tomorrow 24/02/2020. Consequently, flooding of property is expected from approximately 10:45 tomorrow 24/02/2020.
