The high tide is expected to be higher than usual at Fiddlers Ferry, Eastford Road and Arpley Bridge as a result of high spring tides and strong winds. Consequently flooding of low lying land, roads and farmland is possible tomorrow daytime (26/11/19) through to Wednesday afternoon (27/11/9).
We believe there is a possibility of flooding for low lying land and roads in the following places tomorrow daytime (26/11/19):
Fiddlers Ferry between 11:30 and 12:00,
Eastford Road between 11:45 and 12:15 and
Arpley Bridge between 12:00 and 12:30
It is possible that river levels may affect Arpley Road under the railway bridge.
Flood alerts may also be required for subsequent high tides on Tuesday evening and Wednesday daytime.
Our incident response staff are closely monitoring the situation.

Eastford Road will reach 5.45m at 00:45am, 6.42m at 01:00am, and 6.42m at 01:15am.
Arpley Bridge will reach 5.50m at 01:00am, 6.48m at 01:15am and 6:48m at 01:30am.

Arpley Bridge will reach 5.46m at 12:45, 6.42m at 13:00 and 6.41m at 13:15.
