An updated FLOOD WARNING has been issued for Inch Park and Peffermill. River levels are now dropping but remain high. Flooding may still affect areas in and around Kings Haugh Road and Old Dalkeith Road. Inch Park and Peffermill

A FLOOD WARNING has been issued for Inch Park and Peffermill. Following a prolonged period of heavy rainfall river levels on the Braid Burn have continued to rise. A Flood Warning has been issued for Inch Park and Peffermill. Flooding may affect areas in and around Kings Haugh Road and Old Dalkeith Road. Water levels are expected to peak in the early morning after midnight. SEPA is currently monitoring the situation and will issue updates as the situation changes. Remain vigilant and remember, it is your responsibility to take actions which help protect yourself and your property. Advice and information is also available through Floodline on 0345 9881188.
