Flooding is expected overnight on Sunday 25th February and into Monday the 26th of February. Recent rainfall has caused the River Cober to rise and the river is forecast to continue rising into the early hours of Monday.
Properties and low lying areas in and around Trenear, including Sawyers Court, Poldark Mine and the B3297 will start to flood first, from around 1am on Monday. River levels will be at their highest overnight and are expected to remain high throughout Monday.
Flood waters may be deep and fast flowing in some areas. Residents are strongly urged to take action to protect property and remain safe. Avoid walking or driving through flood water. Check gov.uk for river levels at Trenear.

Flooding is expected overnight on Thursday the 22nd of February and into Friday 23rd February. River levels have risen today following recent rainfall. The risk of flooding to low lying areas close to the river will continue overnight, however no further property flooding is expected.
A flood alert remains in place for the area.
River levels are expected to peak this evening, but will remain high into Friday. Further heavy showers are forecast overnight and throughout Friday. River levels will remain responsive.

Flooding is expected on Thursday 22nd February. Rivers remain high following recent rainfall and as rain continues throughout Thursday, a further rise in river levels is expected.
The risk of flooding to low lying areas close to the river will continue throughout Thursday, however no further property flooding is expected.
A flood alert remains in place for the area.
River levels are expected to reduce overnight into Friday, however further rain is forecast over the next few days.

Flooding is expected during the evening of Wednesday 21st and overnight into Thursday 22nd February. Following recent rainfall, river levels have risen above flood warning thresholds but have now broadly peaked. Therefore no further significant rise is anticipated overnight, but river levels are forecast to remain high. Properties and low lying areas therefore remain at risk.
A further organised band of rain is forecast during the early hours on Thursday 22nd of February. This will be followed by heavy showers throughout Thursday, meaning river levels will remain high.

Flooding is expected on Wednesday 21st February. Heavy rain falling in the River Cober area will continue throughout Wednesday morning. This is causing the River Cober to rise and the river is forecast to continue rising throughout the day.
Properties and low lying areas in and around Trenear, including Sawyers Court, Poldark Mine and the B3297 will start to flood first, from around 11am on Wednesday. River levels will be at their highest this afternoon and are expected to remain high throughout Wednesday.
Flood waters may be deep and fast flowing in some areas. Residents are strongly urged to take action to protect property and remain safe. Avoid walking or driving through flood water. Check gov.uk for river levels at Trenear.

Flooding is expected later this evening Monday 1 February and into the early hours of Tuesday. River levels have dropped throughout the day, but are expected to rise again in response to the forecast rainfall this evening.
A band of heavy rainfall is now tracking across the area from the west, which is due to clear by 11pm. River levels are expected to respond and rise above Flood Warning criteria. Peak river level is expected around midnight and will continue to remain high for several hours.

Further flooding is expected during this evening Monday 1 February and into the early hours of Tuesday morning. River levels are now dropping but are expected to rise again in response to forecast rainfall from 6pm until midnight.
Further heavy frontal rainfall is expected from the west this afternoon, which will push river levels back above Flood Warning criteria. Levels are predicted to be higher than those observed during the last 24 hours. Peak water level is expected at 3am.
