River Caldew
High river levels are expected to cause flooding today. Flooding is expected on 13 November 2025 . Locations most affected will be the rivers Caldew and Eden at Carlisle, Willowholme, Caldewgate and Shaddongate, including Willowholme Industrial Estate, Milbourne Street, Junction Street, Charlotte Street and Lorne Crescent areas.
