River levels remain high but are beginning to fall at the Ladybower Spillway, Chatsworth and Mytham Bridge river gauges as a result of heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding is expected to continue. Areas most at risk are Bamford and Mytham Bridge. Further light rainfall is forecast overnight. We expect river levels to remain high until 21/02/22. We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are liaising with emergency services. Please move possessions and valuables off the ground or to safety and avoid contact with flood water. Further rainfall is forecast over the next few hours with showers expected overnight. We expect river levels to remain high until tomorrow 21/02/22. We are closely monitoring the situation. River levels have risen at the Ladybower Spillway river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding is imminent. Areas most at risk are Bamford and Mytham Bridge. Further rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours. We expect river levels to remain high until tomorrow 21/02/22. We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are patrolling watercourses in the area. Please avoid using low-lying footpaths near local watercourses and plan driving routes to avoid low-lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded. Areas most at risk are Bamford, and Mytham Bridge. Further rainfall is forecast over the next 3 hours. We expect river levels to remain high during this morning (08/11/19). We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are liaising with emergency services and patrolling watercourses in the area. Please move possessions and valuables off the ground or to safety and activate any property flood protection products you may have, such as flood barriers and air brick covers.
