Following heavy rain throughout Wednesday and Thursday, river levels remain high. Properties and low lying areas will start to flood from around 5PM on Thursday. The main areas of concern are properties and low lying areas around Riverside Caravan Park at Plympton, Bickleigh Bridge, and Shaugh Bridge . Flood waters may be deep and fast flowing in these areas. River levels are forecast to be at their highest between 5:00 PM on Thursday and 1:00AM on Friday. We are closely monitoring the situation . Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses . The main areas of concern are properties and low lying areas around Riverside Caravan Park at Plympton, Bickleigh Bridge, and Shaugh Bridge . Flood waters may be deep and fast flowing in these areas. River levels are forecast to be at their highest between 14:00PM on Thursday and 18:00PM on Thursday. Rain is expected to ease through late Thursday evening.
