North Cave Beck
Levels on North Cave Beck remain high in response to recent heavy showers on Thursday, 14/11/19. Levels on the beck are falling but are expected to remain elevated during Friday. Although no significant rainfall totals are forecast over the next 24 hours, high tides and high levels downstream at the Humber will slow the rate of drainage from the beck. Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses and avoid driving through any floodwater. Our incident response staff are closely monitoring the situation and will update this message on Friday night, or as the situation changes. See the GOV.UK website for a 5 day flood forecast.
