River levels are rising steadily in response to the rainfall we have had over the last few days. Areas most at risk are low-lying roads, brooks and riverside areas between Cock Clarks and Sandon, and Terling to Langford. We are not currently expecting the situation to escalate. The forecast is for a dry today and most of tomorrow., then some scattered showers Tuesday evening, and then another band of rain coming through Wednesday morning. Take care on riverside footpaths, and don't put yourself in unnecessary danger. We are monitoring the situation.
