River levels are high at the Tewkesbury river gauges as a result of recent heavy rainfall, but are beginning to fall very slowly. Flooding of property, roads and farmland continues. Flooding is affecting Mill Avon riverside property, minor roads at Tirley, Chaceley, Hasfield, Hawbridge, Lower Lode, Ashleworth, Deerhurst, Wainlode and Apperley. Peak levels at the Mythe gauge of 4.25m and at the Upper Pound gauge of 4.25m occurred on, 22/12/19. We are closely monitoring the situation.
