River levels have risen at the Haw Bridge river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of property, roads and farmland is possible this afternoon, 27/10/2019. Flooding is affecting Abbots Court, Deerhurst. Predicted Peak at Haw Bridge 5.1m to 5.3m on Tuesday afternoon. No further rainfall is forecast. We expect river levels to remain high over the next few days. We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are checking defences. Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses. Be prepared to move possessions and valuables off the ground or to safety. This message will be updated by 6pm evening, 27/10/2019, or as the situation changes.

At 2:20 pm today; the level at the Haw Bridge Gauge was 4.94 metres and rising slowly due to the tides. A peak level of between 4.85 and 5.0 metres is expected to occur overnight on Tuesday 3rd April. the level at the Mythe Gauge was 4.00 metres and rising slowly. A peak level of between 4.0 and 4.2 metres is expected to occur on Wednesday morning. The following roads could be affected by flooding; B4 2 1 3 at Haw Bridge
