River Mersey
River levels are expected to remain high. Flooding is forecast to affect locations near the River Mersey, with low lying land and roads expected to be most affected, particularly around Properties on Newbrook Avenue, Riverside Avenue, Princess Road and properties along Mersey Crescent including Penroy and Waterford Avenue. Also included are properties on Stanton Avenue, The Beeches, Langham Court and Palatine Road. We are closely monitoring the situation and monitoring rainfall and river levels.
