Property flooding is expected. River levels have risen on the River Hart very quickly as a result of heavy rainfall. Therefore, flooding of property is expected imminently. Therefore, flooding of low lying land and roads is expected overnight tonight, 4 January 2024, especially in the Crondall Bridge area. Further rainfall is forecast over the next 12 hours with a drier forecast tomorrow. We expect river levels to remain high over the next few days.
