Property flooding is expected.
River levels have risen on the River Hart very quickly as a result of heavy rainfall. Therefore, flooding of property is expected imminently. We expect river levels to remain high for several hours.

River Hart
Property flooding is expected. River levels on the River Hart at Crondall have risen rapidly and are still rising as a result of heavy rainfall. Therefore, flooding of low lying land and roads is expected overnight tonight, 4 January 2024, especially in the Crondall Bridge area. Further rainfall is forecast over the next 12 hours with a drier forecast tomorrow.
We expect river levels to remain high over the next few days. Our staff are liaising with councils and emergency services. Avoid contact with flood water.
