The detailed tidal forecast for those who use it is for a peak level at Heysham of 5.50 mAOD (10.4 m above local datum), and at Glasson Dock of 5.57 mAOD (7.57 m above local datum). We do not expect to see similar impacts from the high tide on Saturday afternoon. We are closely monitoring the situation and have closed flood gates on Lancaster Quay.
