The flood warning for Brompton Beck, North of Station Road in Brompton remains in force due to the river level responding to the recent heavy rainfall. The river level at Brompton is 1.81m and is expected to remain high on Thursday morning 21/1/2021. River levels are responding to rainfall which is forecast to continue on Thursday morning. Property access may be affected in the area. Levels are expected to remain high for several days. Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses, and plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded.
