A FLOOD WARNING update has been issued for St Margarets Hope.
Spring high tides, storm surge and strong westerly winds have combined to bring a risk of coastal flooding over several days this week. Properties around the shore including those on Front Road, Pier Road, the lower end of Back Road and around Cromarty Square are at risk of flooding.
Flooding is possible around the high tide times on Wednesday night around 10.15 PM and on Thursday morning around 10.45 AM.
Strong westerly winds are expected to continue then move round to the north later on Thursday. There will be a possibility of flooding during any of the high tides from now until Friday. Although the high water levels at each high tide might be fairly similar, with variable wind and wave conditions, flooding can be expected around any of the high tides.
Warnings will be updated for future tidal cycles until the risk of flooding has passed.

A FLOOD WARNING update has been issued for St Margarets Hope.
Spring high tides, storm surge and strong westerly winds have combined to bring a risk of coastal flooding over several days this week. Properties around the shore including those on Front Road, Pier Road, the lower end of Back Road and around Cromarty Square are at risk of flooding.
Flooding is possible around the high tide times on Wednesday morning around 10.00 AM and on Wednesday night around 10.15 PM.
Strong westerly winds are expected to continue throughout the next few days. There will be a possibility of flooding during any of the high tides from now until Friday. A FLOOD WARNING update has been issued for St Margarets Hope.
Spring high tides, storm surge and strong westerly winds will combine to bring a risk of coastal flooding for the next few days. Properties around the shore including those on Front Road, Pier Road, the lower end of Back Road and around Cromarty Square are at risk of flooding.
Flooding is possible around the high tide times on Tuesday night around 10.00 pm and on Wednesday morning around 10.15 am.
Strong westerly winds are expected to continue throughout the next few days. There will be a possibility of flooding during any of the high tides from now until lunchtime on Thursday. Water levels could be higher on the high tides of Wednesday or Thursday, but with variable wind and wave conditions, flooding can be expected around any of the high tides until Thursday.

A FLOOD WARNING update has been issued for St Margarets Hope.
Spring high tides, storm surge and strong westerly winds will combine to bring a risk of coastal flooding over the next few days. Properties around the shore including those on Front Road, Pier Road, the lower end of Back Road and around Cromarty Square are at risk of flooding.
Flooding is possible around the high tide times on Tuesday at 9.30 am and 10.00 pm.
Strong westerly winds are expected to increase throughout the next few days. There will be a possibility of flooding during any of the high tides from Tuesday morning until lunchtime on Thursday. Water levels will be higher on the high tides of Wednesday and Thursday, but with variable wind and wave conditions, flooding can be expected around any of the high tides on the days mentioned.
An updated flood warning for Wednesdays high tides will be provided during Tuesday.

A FLOOD WARNING has been issued for St Margarets Hope.

An updated FLOOD WARNING has been issued for St Margarets Hope.
A combination of high tides, strong winds and storm surge means that there is a high risk of coastal flooding. Properties around the shore including those on Front Road, Pier Road, the lower end of Back Road and around Cromarty Square are at risk of flooding.
Strong winds are expected to continue during Monday evening and into Tuesday, changing to a westerly direction. Large and overtopping waves are expected and in places could cause hazardous unpredictable conditions.
Flooding is expected around the times of the high tides on Monday at 22:15 GMT and Tuesday at 10:15 GMT. Water levels are expected to be higher around the Tuesday morning high tide, together with larger waves, although with variable wind and wave conditions, flooding can be expected around any of the high tide times mentioned.

The highest water levels have now passed but there will still be a risk of flooding around the times of the next two high tides, on Tuesday night around midnight and Wednesday around 12:15pm.

The highest risk will be a few hours either side of the high tide on Tuesday at 11:15am. There may also be a risk of flooding around the high tide on Monday night at 11:15pm.
The highest water levels on Tuesday are predicted to be the highest in the last 15 years. Any properties that have been affected by coastal flooding in the past are likely to be at risk on Tuesday.
