A FLOOD WARNING has been issued for St Marys and Graemeshall.
A combination of high tides and strong Southerly winds means that there is a risk of coastal flooding of properties and the main road (A961) at St Marys. The Graemeshall Road may also be at risk.
Large and overtopping waves are expected and in places could cause hazardous and unpredictable conditions. The highest risk will be a few hours either side of the high tides on Saturday evening at around 9pm and on Sunday evening at around 10pm. Please note that the high water levels and waves are likely to be higher on Sunday evening than on Saturday evening.

A FLOOD WARNING update has been issued for St Marys and Graemeshall.
Spring high tides, storm surge and strong westerly winds have combined to bring a risk of coastal flooding over several days this week. Low lying properties and the main road in St Marys are at risk of flooding. The Graemeshall Road could also be at risk from waves.
Flooding is possible around the high tide times on Wednesday night around 11.00 PM and on Thursday morning around 11.00 AM.
Strong westerly winds are expected to continue into Thursday before veering round to the north later on Thursday afternoon. The possibility of flooding around high tides will remain until after the Thursday morning high tide and we will update the warnings until the risk has passed.

Flooding is possible around the high tide times on Wednesday morning around 10.45 AM and Wednesday night around 11.00 PM.
Strong westerly winds are expected to increase throughout the next few days. The possibility of flooding around high tides will continue until Thursday lunchtime and we will update the warnings regularly until the risk has passed.

A FLOOD WARNING has been issued for St Marys and Graemeshall.
A combination of high tides, strong winds and storm surge means that there is a high risk of coastal flooding of properties and the main road (A961) at St Marys. The Graemeshall Road may also be at risk.
The highest risk will be a few hours either side of the high tides on Monday evening at 23:00 GMT and on Tuesday at 11:00 GMT.
Strong winds are expected to continue during Monday evening and into Tuesday, changing to a westerly direction. Large and overtopping waves are expected and in places could cause hazardous unpredictable conditions. The risk of wave overtopping is higher during the Tuesday morning high tide.

An updated FLOOD WARNING has been issued for St Marys and Graemeshall.
A combination of high tides and strong Southerly winds means that there is a high risk of coastal flooding of properties and the main road (A961) at St Marys. The Graemeshall road was closed due to wave and debris overtopping on Monday and is likely to remain closed for all of Tuesday.
The highest risk will be a few hours either side of the high tide on Tueday at 11:15am. There may also be a risk of flooding around the high tide on Monday night around midnight.
The highest water levels on Tuesday are predicted to be the highest in the last 15 years. Any properties that have been affected by coastal flooding in the past are likely to be at risk on Tuesday.
