Property flooding is expected. River levels have risen on the River Evenlode following heavy rainfall from Storm Bert. Therefore, flooding of property and roads is expected from overnight 25/11/24. Properties most at risk are those closest to the river on the Eynsham Road.
The forecast is for a predominantly dry night with further rainfall forecast from tomorrow night (26/11/2024) into Wednesday. River levels are expected to stabilise later this evening before starting to drop into tomorrow morning. We are monitoring the situation. Our staff are liaising with councils and emergency services. Move possessions and valuables off the ground or to safety. Activate any property flood protection products such as flood barriers and air brick covers. This message will be updated tomorrow morning, 26/11/24, or earlier as the situation changes.

Property flooding is expected. River levels are rising rapidly on the River Evenlode following heavy rainfall from Storm Bert. Therefore, flooding of property and roads is expected from early this afternoon 25/11/24. Properties most at risk are those closest to the river on the Eynsham Road.
The forecast is for a predominantly dry day today with further rainfall forecast from tomorrow night (26/11/2024). River levels are expected to continue rising steadily over the coming hours. We are monitoring the situation. Our staff are liaising with councils and emergency services. Move possessions and valuables off the ground or to safety. River levels are high but falling on the River Evenlode following heavy rainfall. Flooding of property, roads and farmland remains possible overnight (25/12/20), especially in Cassington. No rainfall is forecast overnight (25/12/20). Showers are forecast during the day tomorrow, with a heavy band of rain moving through tomorrow night. We expect river levels to continue to slowly fall overnight.

Therefore, flooding of property, roads and farmland is possible this evening and overnight 24/12/2020, especially in Cassington. No further rainfall is forecast today (24/12/20) or tomorrow. We expect river levels to continue to rise this evening and overnight until on 24/12/2020.
