Levels suggest that there will be flooding to low lying land and roads close to the river. Possible Flood Warnings may be issued if necessary. More heavy rain accompanied by very windy conditions on Tuesday night through to Wednesday will cause river levels to rise again. Weather conditions overnight will be largely dry, however another band of frontal rain will cross the region through Thursday, and this could lead to further flooding of low lying land and roads.

The persistent and sometimes heavy rainfall experienced in the East and Mid Devon area is expected to continue until the early hours of Wednesday morning.

Flooding is possible to low lying land and roads close to the river Clyst. River Levels remain high, but are beginning to stabilise and will start to slowly fall throughout Friday evening and overnight.

Flooding is possible on Sunday. River levels are now rising following overnight rain. Catchments have become saturated following many days of heavy rain and we expect levels to remain high throughout Sunday.
The main area of concern is from Broadclyst to Clyst St Mary.

Flooding is possible on Saturday afternoon leading in to Sunday morning. River levels remain high and ground is saturated following rain over the last few days. A band of heavy rain is forecast on Saturday afternoon which may lead to flooding of low lying land and roads on Saturday and Sunday. A further band of rain is forecast to move across the region on Monday afternoon.
Flooding is possible around Cullompton, Willand, Culmstock, Hemyock, Bradninch, Broadclyst and Clyst St Mary.
