River levels have risen at the Mattersey river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall. Consequently, the risk of flooding remains. Areas most at risk are Haxey Quays caravan park and the A631. No further rainfall is forecast. We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are patrolling watercourses in the area and liaising with emergency services. Please plan driving routes to avoid low-lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded and avoid contact with flood water. River levels are beginning to recede at the Colwick river gauge. Consequently, the risk of flooding is reducing, but be cautious of standing water. Areas most at risk are Beeston Marina and Beeston Lock, including Beeston Marina Caravan Site. We are closely monitoring the situation and liaising with emergency services. Please avoid using low-lying footpaths near local watercourses and plan driving routes to avoid low-lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded. See the GOV.UK website for a 5 day flood forecast. River levels are slowly rising at the West Stockwith Pumping Station river gauge, as a result of Storm Henk. Consequently, the risk of flooding remains. Areas most at risk are Haxey Quays Caravan Site and the A161 Haxey Road. We are not expecting properties to flood at this point. We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are operating assets in the area and patrolling the watercourse. Please avoid using low-lying footpaths near local watercourses and plan driving routes to avoid roads near rivers, which may be flooded.
