Property flooding is not currently expected. River levels remain high on the River Thames and are slowly rising, therefore, flooding of low lying roads and farmland is expected to continue today, 21/12/19. Further rain showers are expected to continue today and more rain is due this evening and overnight. We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff have been in the area clearing trash screens and checking defences. Further light rainfall is expected to continue overnight, and further showers are forecast tomorrow 21/12/19 with the potential to be heavy at times. We are closely monitoring the situation.
