Property flooding is not currently expected. Isolated, heavy rainfall and thunderstorms are expected this afternoon (01.06.18) and into tonight. The weather is expected to be mainly dry tomorrow. There is uncertainty in the amount of rainfall that will fall and the location of any thundery downpours. Therefore, water levels on the Upper River Wey could rise quickly in response to any heavy rainfall and flooding of low lying land and roads is possible. We are constantly monitoring river levels and our staff have been out in the area checking for and clearing blockages. There will be heavy rainfall across the area from this morning through until early Tuesday morning.
