Rising river levels are expected to cause flooding this morning. Flooding is expected on 28 February 2026 . Flooding may affect properties and roads in the Nuneaton Town Centre area. We are closely monitoring the situation and monitoring rainfall and river levels. Start acting on your flood plan if you have one and Activate any flood protection products you may have. River levels have risen at the Nuneaton river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of property is imminent. We expect flooding to affect properties and roads in the Nuneaton Town Centre area. Further rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours. We expect river levels to rise until Midday today, Monday 06/01/25. We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are actively checking river levels and the weather forecast. Please activate any property flood protection products you may have, such as flood barriers and air brick covers and move family, pets, possessions, valuables and cars to safety.
