Rising river levels are expected to cause flooding this afternoon. Flooding is expected on 28 February 2026 . River levels are continuing to rise at the Mancetter river gauge following heavy rainfall. As a result flooding is possible during Saturday afternoon. Flooding may affect properties and roads in the Grendon and Bradley Green area. We are monitoring rainfall and river levels . Stay away from floodwater - it contains hidden dangers such as open manhole covers, sewage and chemicals . Activate any flood protection you may have, dial 999 if in danger.
