No further rainfall is forecast today. We expect river levels to rise until later this morning.

Flooding could still be affecting properties and roads in the Emscote Road, Mill House Close, Grange Close, Bridge Street, Mercia Way, Field Close, Rich Close, Frances Avenue, St Nicholas Park, Mill Street and Bridge End areas.
No significant further rainfall is forecast over the weekend and although river levels are falling, they still pose a flood risk.
We are continuing to closely monitor the situation and our incident response staff will be out again clearing weed screens and checking any existing defences.

No further rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hrs. However, we expect river levels to keep rising as flows move downstream over the next 6 hours, before the river levels start falling starting from 03:00hrs, on 25/12/2020.
