However in Banbury we have seen levels rising, this rise in levels looks to have slowed down this morning and we expect them to begin lowering by the end of today. No property flooding is currently expected, but flooding of low-lying land, footpaths and roads is expected to continue. The forecast is for a mostly dry day with a chance of some heavy showers, we are closely monitoring the situation.
