River levels are rising. Flooding to property is expected. Flooding of low-lying land and roads is ongoing. Impacts are expected to occur 6:45pm on Sunday 23rd February. The River Neath at Resolven is expected to peak between 10pm and 1:00am on Monday 24th February. The rainfall is forecast to ease by approximately 01:00am on Monday 24th February. The rainfall is forecast to continue until 11:45PM on Sunday the 21st January and ease by 00:30 AM on Monday the 22nd January and continue to ease. River levels in the River Neath at Aberdulais are expected to rise until at least 12:00 AM, midnight on Sunday the 21st January.
