Flooding may affect properties and roads in Washbrook Lane, Browns Lane, Butt Lane, Staircase Lane, Holyhead Road, Westbury Road and Grayswood Avenue areas. River levels are rising at the Holyhead Rd river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall and snowmelt. Consequently, flooding of property is possible on Monday morning. Further rainfall is forecast over the next 4 hours so we expect a further increase in river levels over the coming ours. We are closely monitoring the situation.
