Rising river levels are expected to cause flooding today.  Flooding is expected on 15 November 2025 .  Flooding may affect properties and roads in the Kidderminster area.  We are closely monitoring the situation .  Avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges nr local watercourses.  This message will be updated by 11:00AM on 16 November 2025 or as the situation changes.

River Stour

River levels are rising at the Puxton river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall and snowmelt. Consequently, flooding of roads and farmland is possible later this evening 06/01/25 and into tomorrow 07/01/25. We expect flooding to affect properties and roads in the Kidderminster area. Further rainfall is forecast over the next few days. We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are liaising with emergency services and or Local Authorities. Please plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded. This message will be updated by 09:00 on 07/01/25, or as the situation changes.
