Turriff
A FLOOD WARNING has been issued for Turriff.
Persistent heavy rainfall across the area though Saturday overnight into Sunday has resulted in high flows on the River Deveron and tributaries. This rain was expected to continue into the early hours of Sunday. River levels are expected to be high from around 09:00 through till late afternoon/early evening on Sunday. The Turriff wastewater treatment works and agricultural land along the river in this area are at risk from flooding during this time.
