Therefore, flooding of property and roads is expected this morning 05/01/24, especially properties closest to the river in the Aylesbury area. This morning is forecast to be mainly dry, followed by further showers this evening and overnight which have the potential to be heavy at times. We expect river levels to remain high today, 05/01/2024. We are monitoring the situation. Activate any property flood protection products such as flood barriers. River levels are rising on the River Thame as a result of heavy rainfall over the past few days. Therefore, flooding of property is expected tomorrow morning 31/01/21, especially between Eythrope and Thame.
No further rainfall is forecast this weekend. We expect river levels to remain high over the coming days.

Property flooding is expected. River levels have risen on the River Thame as a result of Storm Alex. Therefore, flooding of property is possible from this afternoon 04/10/20, especially in the rural areas closest to Aylesbury such as Nether Winchendon and Chearsley. Only properties closest to the river are likely to be affected. Flooding of properties in Thame and areas downstream is not forecast. Further light rainfall is forecast over the next 3 hours before clearing to leave a largely dry evening and overnight. Levels have peaked upstream, so we do not expect levels to rise significantly further.
