WARNING. Flooding is expected in Lybster to Dunbeath. Act now. A combination of high tides and prevailing weather conditions means that flooding from the sea is expected to affect low lying land, roads and properties along the Moray Firth coastline in Lybster and Dunbeath. Areas at risk of flooding include Lybster Harbour, Latheronwheel Harbour and Portormin Road, Dunbeath.Flooding impacts are expected around the time of high tide at 00:45 BST on Saturday 19th October. Remain vigilant and remember, it is your responsibility to take actions which help protect yourself and your property. A FLOOD WARNING has been issued for Lybster to Dunbeath. A combination of high tides and prevailing weather conditions means that flooding from the sea is expected to affect low lying land, roads and properties along the Moray Firth coastline in Lybster and Dunbeath. Areas at risk of flooding include Lybster Harbour, Latheronwheel Harbour and Portormin Road, and Dunbeath. Flooding impacts are expected around the time of high tide at 11:30 BST on Monday 8th April. Remain vigilant and remember, it is your responsibility to take actions which help protect yourself and your property. Advice and information is also available through Floodline on 0345 9881188.
