A FLOOD WARNING has been issued for Aberdeen Coastal. A combination of high tides and prevailing weather conditions means that flooding from the sea is expected to affect low lying land, roads and properties along the coast in Aberdeen. Flooding in and around low lying parts of Aberdeen is possible from the sea. Wave overtopping is expected to affect low lying parts of Aberdeen Esplanade, Promenade and Footdee. Large waves and flooding impacts are expected. The greatest risk is around the time of high tide at 2.15pm on Sunday 11th February.
