This Flood Alert is for coastal, river and surface water flooding, Storm Barra is expected to affect the area on Tuesday and Wednesday and this brings with it the threat of very strong south easterly winds and heavy rain. Coastal flooding issues are likely due to a combination of high astronomical tides, large waves and a small storm related surge in water levels.
