Locations most affected will be properties in Appleby to the east and west of The Sands, the Cricket Ground north of Bridge Street and King George's Field to the west of Chapel Street. Flooding is forecast to affect locations near the River Eden, with low lying land expected to be most affected, particularly around residential and commercial properties on The Sands at Appleby.
