Rivers remain high following heavy rainfall. We are expecting localised showers. Flooding is expected on 09 December 2025. Heavy rain falling in the area will continue throughout the day. Properties and low lying areas are still at risk of flooding today. The main areas of concern are Butterflies & Otter Sanctuary, Dart Mills and properties around Dart Bridge at Buckfastleigh. Flood waters may be deep and fast flowing in these areas. We are monitoring rainfall and river levels. Activate any flood protection products you may have . Properties and low lying areas will start to flood from around 04:30AM on Tuesday. The main areas of concern are Butterflies & Otter Sanctuary, Dart Mills and properties around Dart Bridge at Buckfastleigh. Flood waters may be deep and fast flowing in these areas.
