We believe there is a possibility of flooding for areas in East Stoke, Holmebridge, Stoborough, Stoborough Green, Wareham, Redcliffe, Ridge and Swineham Further showery weather is forecast for the next few days. River levels can rise very quickly in response to heavy rainfall and we expect river levels to remain high over the next few days. We are closely monitoring the situation. Areas most at risk are areas in Dorchester, West Stafford, Bockhampton, Lewell, Tincleton, Pallington, Waddock, Moreton, Wool and East Stoke. River levels may be exacerbated by peak water levels coinciding with high tide at 22:30 at Wareham and we expect to see flooding on the Quay. We are closely monitoring the situation. Consequently, there is an imminent risk of flooding of property, roads and farmland today. We believe there is a possibility of flooding in the areas East Stoke, Holmebridge, Stoborough, Stoborough Green, Wareham, Redcliffe, Ridge and Swineham. We expect river levels to remain very high for the next few days. We are closely monitoring the situation and our incident response staff are checking defences and clearing weed screens.
