This is Flood Warning Update. River levels are starting to recede but are still high. Flooding is expected to affect locations near the Lower Dorset Stour, with low lying land and roads expected to be most affected, particularly around Stour Park Homes Site and Water Lane Farm, and surrounding properties in these areas. Further rain is expected tonight and tomorrow. We are closely monitoring the situation and liaising with emergency services and local authorities. If you have been evacuated only return to your property once the emergency services have advised that it is safe to do so. Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water. Flooding is expected on 28th and 29th January 2026 .  Flooding is forecast to affect locations near the Lower Dorset Stour, with low lying land and roads expected to be most affected, particularly around Stour Park Homes Site and Water Lane Farm. River levels continue to rise on the Lower Dorset Stour. . Flooding is expected to affect Redhill and Wheatplot, Iford Bridge Home Park, Stour Park Homes, Beaulieu Garden Park Home Site and surrounding properties in these areas.  We are liaising with emergency services and local authorities and will continue to monitor the situation.  Move family, pets and cars to safety and turn off gas, electricity and water if it is safe to do so and activate any flood protection products you may have.  This message will be updated by 4:00PM on 29 January 2026 or as the situation changes.

High river levels are expected to cause flooding tomorrow.  Flooding is expected on 28 January 2026 .  Flooding is forecast to affect locations near the Lower Dorset Stour, with low lying land and roads expected to be most affected, particularly around Stour Park Homes Site and Water Lane Farm. River levels continue to rise on the Lower Dorset Stour. Further heavy showers are forecast over the next few days that will keep levels high. Flooding is expected to affect Redhill and Wheatplot, Iford Bridge Home Park, Stour Park Homes, Beaulieu Garden Park Home Site and surrounding properties in these areas, from tomorrow late morning, Wednesday 28 January 2026.  We are liaising with emergency services and local authorities and will continue to monitor the situation.  Move family, pets and cars to safety and turn off gas, electricity and water if it is safe to do so and activate any flood protection products you may have.  This message will be updated by 11:00AM on 28 January 2026 or as the situation changes.
