River levels remain high but are beginning to fall on the Middle Dorset Stour. River Iwerne. Areas most at risk include Havelins and the SPFA sports pavilion areas in Stourpaine. River levels are expected to remain high this morning and flooding of properties may continue. No further rainfall is forecast for the next 24 hours. River levels will start to fall, but the risk of flooding to properties remains. We are liaising with emergency services and local authorities. We will continue to monitor the forecast and re-issue this warning if necessary. Plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded. Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses and do not attempt to walk or drive through flood water. This message will be updated by 05:00 PM on 01/11/2021, or as the situation changes.

River levels are rising rapidly on the Middle Dorset Stour and River Iwerne. Areas most at risk include Havelins and the SPFA sports pavilion areas in Stourpaine. Flooding of property is expected between 10:00 PM and 06:01 AM on 01/11/2021. No further rainfall is forecast. River levels are forecast to rise. We are monitoring rainfall and river levels and are checking rivers for blockages in the area. Consider activating any property flood protection products. Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses and do not attempt to walk or drive through flood water. Monitor local water levels and weather conditions. Flooding of property is expected from 02:30 PM on 21/10/2021. No further rainfall is forecast for the next 24 hours. River levels are high and forecast to rise further. We are monitoring rainfall and river levels and are checking rivers for blockages in the area. We will continue to monitor the forecast and re-issue this warning if necessary. We believe there is a possibility of flooding for Havelins and the SPFA sports pavilion areas in Stourpaine Further showery rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours. River levels are falling, but still pose a flood risk. We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are in contact with community flood wardens and volunteers. We believe there is a possibility of flooding for Havelins and the SPFA sports pavilion areas in Stourpaine. River levels can rise very quickly in response to heavy rainfall.
