River levels are rising. River levels are expected to rise. Flooding to property is expected. Flooding of low-lying land and roads is ongoing. The River Aeron at Talsarn is expected to continue to rise until approximately Mid afternoon on saturday 7th december . The rainfall is forecast to ease by approximately 4pm saturday 7th December. We will continue to monitor the situation. This message will be updated as the situation changes.
