The rainfall is forecast to continue until 8:00 AM on Monday, 2nd April. Heavy showers are expected throughout the day. The combination of ground conditions, existing river levels and forecast rainfall quantities gives a high risk of flooding of low-lying land during the next 24 hours. .

Rivers in North and West Pembrokeshire are responding to the heavy rainfall overnight. The heaviest rainfall has now cleared the area, and only a few isolated showers remain. Some rivers, such as the river Solva will continue to rise slowly in response to the overnight rainfall until approximately 8:30 am. Impacts are expected to be minor with flooding only expected to the low-lying land closest to the river, minor flooding of some roads is also possible. We will update this message if the situation changes.

Although the heaviest rainfall has now cleared the area, rivers are still responding to the rainfall and will continue to rise slowly into the afternoon on Saturday the 10th February. A further smaller band of rain is expected this afternoon which may keep levels high into the evening. Impacts are expected to be minor, only affecting low lying lands adjacent to the river. We will update this message if the situation changes.
