Levels remain high in the catchment in response to rainfall earlier in the week. We are still seeing higher than normal levels with each tide in the area of Hedon Road, East Hull and Holderness Drain. However, we are now beginning to see a downward trend in levels on each cycle as Spring tides are now starting to fall away. Operational teams are on site at East Hull Pumping Station. The latest levels can be found on the gov.uk website. We are monitoring the situation and will update this message as the situation changes.

Levels on the Holderness Drain around Hedon Road are continuing to rise and fall with the tide. Spring tides should allow for levels in the Holderness Drain to reduce during low tide, however, further rainfall is expected overnight Sunday and through Monday. Further rises in response to this are likely. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will update this message as the situation changes.

This flood alert has been issued due to recent rainfall which may mean that levels on Holderness Drain at Hedon Road rise above 0.3 metres with the high tide this evening. Levels are likely then to fall with the tide overnight but may rise again on the next high tide in the morning. We will continue to monitor the situation and update this message as the situation changes.
