This message has been issued because there remains a possibility of some minor flooding to low lying land, roads and riverside areas. River levels are stable but remain high and will be responsive to any further rainfall. Areas most at risk are areas along the River Mardyke between North Stifford and Purfleet. The forecast is for dry conditions overnight followed by light rainfall tomorrow, Tuesday 24th December 2019. River levels are stable but some standing water will remain on roads and fields. Take care on riverside footpaths and don't put yourself in unnecessary danger. We are monitoring the situation and will update this message as necessary.

River levels are beginning to drop but will remain responsive to further rainfall. Areas most at risk are areas along the River Mardyke between North Stifford and Purfleet. The forecast is for Monday 23rd December 2019, is to be largely dry. River levels have dropped but some standing water will remain on roads and fields. This message has been issued because there is a possibility of some flooding of homes and businesses. River levels are beginning to drop but will remain responsive to further rainfall. Areas most at risk are along the River Mardyke between North Stifford and Purfleet.The forecast for today, Sunday 22 December 2019, is to be largely dry. We are not currently expecting the situation to escalate. Take care on riverside footpaths and don't put yourself in unnecessary danger. We are closely monitoring the situation.

Areas most at risk are areas along the River Mardyke between North Stifford and Purfleet. We are not currently expecting the situation to escalate, or to issue any further warning messages for this area at this time. The forecast is for further showers this morning which could be heavy at times. Be ready to take action to protect your property if flooding is expected.
