Water levels will be at their highest between 7:30 and 11:30 am Friday morning when flooding to properties, roads and farmland is expected. The level at Avonmouth Portbury gauge is forecast to reach up to 8.6mASD and Newport Gauge could reach up to 8.3m ASD on Friday morning, levels will remain high for a longer period of time due to tidal surge and very strong winds.
