River levels on the Bristol Frome are rising and will remain high today, Monday 23 September 2024. Flooding of roads and low lying land is possible. Areas most at risk include Yate and St John's Way in Chipping Sodbury and Damson Bridge. We are not expecting flood warnings today. The weather outlook shows further rain forecast for the rest of this week that may result in flood warnings. We will continue to monitor the rainfall and river levels and checking rivers for blockages.
