Flooding is expected during this morning when river levels reach their peak. Flooding is forecast to affect locations near the Yeading Brook (East) and Roxbourne, with low lying land and roads expected to be most affected, particularly around Field End Road, Brookside Close, South Park Way, Great Central Avenue, and Bourne Primary School. The risk of flooding is expected to reduce from later this afternoon, Monday 23rd September. Residents should consider putting your flood plan into action. Remain safe and be aware of your surroundings. You should avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water. We are monitoring rainfall and checking rivers for blockages.
