High river levels on Tuesday may lead to flooding. Flooding is possible on 03 February 2026 as more rain is forecast (up to 30mm). The river level is still returning to normal following 30mm of rain yesterday (01/02/2026). Another 30mm of rainfall is forecast for tomorrow (03/02/2026), this would lead to similar impacts. Flooding could affect roads and gardens at Forest Road, Creech View, The Liberty, Homemead and Anmore Road, Denmead. River levels and flood risk should begin to reduce by 09:00 04/02/2026. We are clearing blockages from debris screens through Denmead. Consider activating any flood protection products you may have Report blockages to our hotline 0800 80 70 60. This message will be updated by 4:00PM on 04 February 2026 or as the situation changes.

High river levels on Sunday may lead to flooding.  Flooding is possible on 01 February 2026 from 20:00, as a lot of rain (32mm) fell on 01/02/2026.  Flooding could affect road and gardens at Forest Road, Creech View, The Liberty, Homemead and Anmore Road, Denmead. Rain is forecast to continue until 22:00 01/02/2026. River levels and flood risk should begin to reduce by 23:00 01/02/2026.  We are clearing blockages from debris screens through Denmead.  Consider activating any flood protection products you may have . Report blockages to our hotline 0800 80 70 60.  This message will be updated by 2:00PM on 02 February 2026 or as the situation changes.

Mead End Stream
The water level in the Mead End Stream at Denmead is high and rising. In the last 4 hours, 12mm of rain has been recorded in Worlds End. This is in addition to the prolonged rainfall already experienced over the past week. From 21:00 this evening (Tuesday 02/04/2024) at Forest Road, Creech View, The Liberty, Homemead and Anmore Road some out of bank flooding could affect roads and gardens. The heaviest of the rain has now cleared the area. However, the river will remain high until midnight 00:00 (02/04/2024) with flood impacts continuing until then. Property flooding is not currently expected. Our operational staff are ensuring debris screens through Denmead are kept clear so the river can flow freely. We continue to monitor the forecast. Residents should remain prepared for flooding and report any blockages in the river to our incident hotline on 0800 807060. Given that the situation should improve, we will remove this Flood Alert by 12:00 on Wednesday 03/04/2024.

The water level in the Mead End Stream at Denmead is high and rising rapidly. In the last 2 hours, 25mm of rain has been recorded in Worlds End. This is a large volume in a short period of time. From 22:30 this evening (31/03/2024) at Forest Road, Creech View, The Liberty, Homemead and Anmore Road, some out of bank flooding could affect roads and gardens. The heaviest of the rain has now cleared the area. However, the river will remain high until midnight 00:00 (01/04/2024) with flood impacts continuing until then. Property flooding is not currently expected. Our operational staff are ensuring debris screens through Denmead are kept clear so the river can flow freely. We continue to monitor the forecast. Residents should remain prepared for flooding and report any blockages in the river to our incident hotline on 0800 807060. Given that the situation should improve, we will remove this Flood Alert by 10:00 on Monday 01/04/2024.
